SPECTATOR TICKETS

PRE PURCHASE SPECTATOR TICKETS AND SAVE $$$

All guests 5 years and older must have a ticket for entry. Pre purchase your ticket and save on at-the-door prices. Ticket price includes access to the digital program book that includes the event line up. Save $5 per ticket by purchasing in advance.

Pre sales end May 14th at 6pm. Door prices are $20 per person the day of the event.

Pre Sale Spectators & all dancers may begin checking in 15 minutes prior to doors opening

Male & Female Dressing Rooms located just steps away from the stage. A second set of restrooms is also conveniently located near the dressing rooms for those last minute emergencies!

The Inn at River Landing

The Inn at River Landing is conveniently located approximately 6 minutes from our venue.

At the time the Inn is almost full! They are unable to offer a group rate for our event due to limited availability and there are only King Suites available. You may want to check back with them as we get closer to see if other options become available. Rooms go fast!

HOW TO REGISTER

Registration

Registration for the 2025 event has closed.

ALL team, solo, and duo categories require pre registration. NO registrations for any categories will be taken at the door.

Registration details are accessible to directors via the ACHF Directors Portal. If you are a director and need help accessing the portal, please let us know! Discounted "Early Bird" registration prices will be available.

Team not coming and you want to register? No problem! Your team director can still submit your registration for you.

Are you an independent clogger without a team that would like to enter? We've got you covered! Just reach out to us and we will help you get registered!

Music

Music must be provided via laptop, phone, tablet, or thumb drive. Our sound technician does not provide any other playback options.

Food and Beverages

No outside food or drink are permitted on the premises. A full concession stand will be available on-site for all your needs. We provide a wide variety of food and drink options to help cover special dietary needs. We thank you in advance for supporting our team fundraiser through concession stand purchases!

Absolutely NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed inside the auditorium or dressing rooms for any reason. The concession area is quickly accessible from backstage and from inside the auditorium. Covered picnic tables are available outside in concession area for your convenience.

Spectators

Spectators will be able to pre order their admission tickets again this year. The link will be posted above, when available, to pre purchase your tickets.
